Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all vocal coaching sessions, creative services, workshops, programs, digital products, and bookings made through this website or directly with Jennifer Weiss (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Coaching Sessions (Vocal Lessons & Creative Coaching)

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • No-shows are charged the full session rate and are not eligible for rescheduling.

Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled once per booking when notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Same-day rescheduling is not available.

Late Arrivals

  • Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

  • No refunds or extensions are provided for late arrivals.

2. Lesson Packages (4, 8, 12 Sessions or Bundles)

Refunds

  • All lesson packages are non-refundable once purchased.

Expiration

  • Packages must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Unused sessions expire and cannot be refunded or transferred.

3. Workshops, Classes & Group Training

  • Workshop fees and class registrations are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another participant.

Instructor Cancellation

If a class or workshop is canceled by the instructor, you will receive:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer your registration to a future session.

4. Programs & Coaching Experiences (Including Podcast Programs)

  • All programs and coaching experiences are non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and immediate access to materials provided.

  • Payment plans are binding; you are responsible for completing all agreed payments.

  • Early withdrawal from a program does not qualify for refunds or credits.

5. Digital Products

  • All digital products (PDFs, guides, downloads, templates) are non-refundable due to immediate access.

  • If there is a technical issue with your purchase, we will assist with access but do not offer refunds.

6. Illness or Emergency

We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be considered for:

  • Serious illness

  • Family emergencies

Approval is at our discretion and not guaranteed.
